Ingredients
2 cups unsweetened oat milk (or your milk of choice)
1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
1 1/2 cups frozen or fresh blueberries
1/2 cup beetroot juice
1 banana
1/2 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instruction
Place all the ingredients inside a blender and blend until smooth. You can add a few ice cubes and blend them with the other ingredients.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
